Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Talent Management: Oversee the full talent lifecycle, from strategic workforce planning and recruitment to onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, mediating conflict, handling complex employee relations issues, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management cycle, coaching managers on setting expectations and conducting effective reviews to maximize employee potential.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion company culture through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws while maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the design and administration of compensation structures, salary reviews, and benefits programs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a strategic HRBP or HR Manager role within a technology or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Certification: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and recruitment platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
