Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the full talent lifecycle, from strategic workforce planning and recruitment to onboarding and retention initiatives.

  • Certification: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is strongly preferred.
