Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for 150+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive employee engagement programs and organizational development projects
- Advise leadership on complex employee relations matters and compliance issues
- Implement HR analytics to inform data-driven decision making
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- Proven expertise in tech industry HR practices and scaling organizations
- Strong background in talent development, performance management, and employee relations
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Experience with international HR compliance and global mobility programs
