Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals for assigned departments
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive performance management processes and L&D program implementation
- Advise leadership on employee relations, compliance, and organizational development
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven interventions
- Manage compensation reviews and job architecture frameworks
- Champion DEI initiatives and employee engagement programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent management systems (Workday preferred)
- Proven track record in organizational development and change management
- Strong analytical skills with HR metrics interpretation experience
- Excellent consulting and executive communication abilities
- Deep knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
