Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for 500+ employees across 3 offices
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding and diversity hiring programs
- Design and implement performance management systems with 95% employee participation rate
- Manage employee relations cases with emphasis on mediation and conflict resolution
- Drive compensation benchmarking and equity program administration
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions using HRIS data
- Lead organizational development initiatives including change management and upskilling programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in business partnering role
- Proven success in scaling HR programs for tech companies (500+ employees)
- Expertise in compensation benchmarking and equity administration
- Advanced data analysis skills with HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Experience with global HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Change management certification or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
