Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies for 150+ employees in tech/design divisions
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
- Drive diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives with measurable KPIs
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance programs
- Optimize HRIS (Workday) data for talent analytics and reporting
- Design and deliver leadership training programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years HR experience with 3+ in strategic HRBP roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in tech industry HR practices and compliance (CA/Federal)
- Advanced skills in Workday, HR analytics, and talent metrics
- Proven experience scaling HR programs in high-growth environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities
- MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
