Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, translating business objectives into effective HR strategies.
- Talent Management: Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Culture & Engagement: Design and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, providing support and communication to minimize resistance.
- HR Operations: Manage HR policies, procedures, and payroll administration in collaboration with the centralized HR team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification: CIPD Level 5 or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as an HRBP.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and employment practices.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
