Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, translating business objectives into effective HR strategies.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Culture & Engagement: Design and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, providing support and communication to minimize resistance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification: CIPD Level 5 or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as an HRBP.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and employment practices.
