Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives across 5 key departments
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning programs
- Drive DEI initiatives through data analysis and inclusive leadership training
- Advise leadership on organizational development, change management, and employee engagement
- Manage complex employee relations matters and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and ROI reporting
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven track record in tech or professional services industry
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development
- Advanced analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Exceptional communication and influence skills at executive level
- Experience managing HR initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
