Responsibilities

- Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making
- Champion DEI initiatives through policy development and training
- Manage employee relations matters with empathy and compliance rigor
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in tech sector
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday preferred)
- Advanced analytical skills with HR dashboard development
- Proven track record in change management
- Deep knowledge of federal and Texas labor regulations
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
