Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and managers, providing strategic HR guidance to drive business performance.
  • Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and succession planning.
  • Oversee employee relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to design training and development initiatives that enhance leadership capabilities and employee engagement.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, address gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualified (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, including the Equality Act 2010 and the Employment Rights Act 1996.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex employee relations cases and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into actionable business insights.
