Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for key departments
- Design and implement performance management systems and succession planning
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across organizational units
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in HR metrics reporting
- Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change
