Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for critical technical and leadership roles
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management systems and succession planning
- Develop and implement DEI programs to cultivate an inclusive workplace culture
- Advise department heads on complex employee relations matters and change management
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity reviews across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in tech industry talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Advanced data analytics skills with experience in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
