Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads and senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent planning, succession planning, and workforce analytics.
- Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations across the organization.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and drive engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR Business Partnering.
- SHRM-CP/SPR or PHR/SPHR certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in driving organizational change and managing complex employee relations issues.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
