Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across 3+ departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract top-tier technical and non-technical talent
- Design and implement performance management systems and leadership development programs
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across global teams
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management projects
- Analyze HR metrics to optimize workforce planning and retention strategies
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and benefits program administration
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and DEI initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Experience scaling HR programs in high-growth tech or consulting environments
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
