Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Lead organizational design and talent planning initiatives, including workforce forecasting and succession planning.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and the investigation of complex workplace issues to ensure a positive and compliant culture.
- Manage the full performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on leadership development, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to maintain competitive compensation structures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or People Partner capacity.
- Deep understanding of employment law, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and professional presence.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
