Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Lead organizational design and talent planning initiatives, including workforce forecasting and succession planning.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and the investigation of complex workplace issues to ensure a positive and compliant culture.
  • Manage the full performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, coaching, and performance improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or People Partner capacity.
  • Deep understanding of employment law, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and professional presence.
