Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to assigned business units, offering guidance on organizational design, talent management, and employee development.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, providing effective coaching and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address current and future talent needs, developing proactive strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that comply with federal and state regulations and reflect best practices in human resources.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring fair and equitable practices across all HR functions and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR consultation, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and California state employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving workplace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite.
