Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to assigned business units, offering guidance on organizational design, talent management, and employee development.
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, providing effective coaching and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address current and future talent needs, developing proactive strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that comply with federal and state regulations and reflect best practices in human resources.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR consultation, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and California state employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving workplace.
