Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives across 5 key departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including executive recruitment and diversity hiring programs
- Design and implement performance management systems with measurable KPIs
- Drive employee engagement through culture initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback loops
- Manage complex employee relations cases and conflict resolution with legal compliance
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions on retention and development
- Lead compensation benchmarking and equity reviews for 200+ employees
- Oversee LMS implementation and leadership development programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and succession planning
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state labor regulations (FLSA, EEO, FLSA)
- Experience with HR analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong influencing skills with C-suite executives
