Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives across 15+ departments
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Drive organizational change initiatives and culture transformation projects
- Advise on complex employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance (FLSA, EEO, ADA)
- Analyze HR metrics and deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership
- Manage employee engagement surveys and action planning frameworks
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization
- Partner with Learning & Development to design leadership training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Proven success managing complex employee relations investigations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Experience in M&A integration and global HR operations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
