Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs
- Advise leadership on organizational design, change management, and compliance matters
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
- Foster inclusive workplace culture through diversity initiatives and engagement programs
- Manage complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday experience strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics
- Proven ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
