Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier tech talent
- Lead performance management programs and succession planning initiatives
- Design and implement DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) frameworks
- Partner with department heads on organizational development and change management
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution processes
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity program administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in tech sector
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Advanced knowledge of CA employment law and compliance
- Strong data literacy with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
