Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives across 3 key departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing top-tier candidates and optimizing recruitment workflows
- Design and implement performance management systems that drive productivity and growth
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
- Partner with leadership on organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in business partner roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Deep understanding of NY labor laws and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
