Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in business partnering
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Proven track record in change management
- Masters degree in HR or related field
