Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives aligned with business growth targets
- Lead talent acquisition funnel optimization, reducing time-to-hire by 25% through innovative sourcing strategies
- Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs driving leadership pipeline development
- Champion DEI initiatives through data analysis, policy development, and culture-shaping interventions
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity program administration
- Drive HR technology adoption, managing implementation of HRIS and performance management systems
- Provide strategic counsel to department heads on organizational development matters
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in strategic HRBP or similar leadership role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise scaling HR programs in high-growth tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Deep knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance frameworks
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
