Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support business growth and employee engagement
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision making
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Experience developing and implementing DEI programs
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
