Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for critical roles
- Advise leadership on organizational design, change management, and employee relations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across departments
- Manage HR compliance, risk mitigation, and policy development
- Analyze workforce data to inform talent strategies and performance metrics
- Lead compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in a strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and DEI initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics
- Experience advising C-suite executives in tech or professional services
- Strong knowledge of federal/state labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
