Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies for 200+ employees across tech and operations divisions
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Drive performance management systems, compensation reviews, and career development frameworks
- Champion DEI initiatives through policy development, training programs, and cultural assessments
- Advise leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational change
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and report to executive stakeholders
- Manage compliance with federal/state labor laws and company policies
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in tech/industry talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and data analytics
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Deep knowledge of NY labor laws and federal employment regulations
- Experience scaling HR programs for high-growth environments
