Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational change.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Lead employee relations initiatives and resolve complex conflict situations with a focus on fairness and retention.
- Design and implement learning & development programs to enhance workforce capability and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including NY-specific regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, including 3+ years in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of employment law, compensation structures, and labor relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
