Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to department leaders, providing guidance on talent management, performance, and organizational development.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent.
- Foster a positive employee relations environment by investigating concerns and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys and analyze data to drive cultural improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in New York.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
