Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives achieving 95%+ positive reviews
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize operational budgets
- Implement innovative sustainability and guest experience programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years at senior level
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and guest satisfaction metrics
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Amadeus) and revenue management
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly valued
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship required
