Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years luxury hospitality management experience with 2+ years in senior guest relations roles
  • Proven track record of achieving 95%+ guest satisfaction scores in premium resorts
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages highly desirable
  • Certification in Hotel Management or Tourism Administration preferred
