Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage a diverse team of 150+ staff through training, scheduling, and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards and local regulations
- Drive sustainability initiatives and community engagement programs
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Handle VIP guest experiences and high-profile events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 7 years luxury hotel/resort management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Certified in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism market and cultural sensitivities
- Experience with sustainable tourism practices
