Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI for executive and operational reporting.
- Conduct statistical modeling to forecast patient volume and resource allocation needs.
- Automate data pipelines using SQL and Python to increase reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis tools.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Strong understanding of healthcare metrics, quality improvement methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
