Responsibilities
- Visual Strategy: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language and brand identity for diverse clients across digital and print platforms.
- Asset Creation: Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, illustrations, and animations using industry-standard software.
- Creative Direction: Lead brainstorming sessions and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to elevate the team's output.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Client Collaboration: Present design concepts and revisions to clients, translating feedback into actionable design changes.
- Multimedia: Create assets for social media, email marketing, web interfaces, and traditional print collateral.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Portfolio: A robust, up-to-date portfolio showcasing a range of projects, demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and technical execution.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly based on client feedback and market trends.
