Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of high-quality visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for a wide range of projects, including branding, digital campaigns, print collateral, and web interfaces.
- Collaborate with creative directors and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences, translating briefs into innovative design solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to style guides across all visual communications.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate our creative output and design processes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency environment.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy across various media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) is essential. Experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts from ideation through to final execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
