Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for digital campaigns, brand identities, and packaging
- Develop visual systems and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into compelling visual solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize design outcomes
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing (After Effects)
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive visual narratives
- Strong project management skills with attention to deadlines and deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
