Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery across brand identities, digital campaigns, and print collateral
- Develop innovative visual systems that translate brand guidelines into cohesive multi-channel experiences
- Collaborate with UX teams to create pixel-perfect interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Present design rationale to C-suite clients with strategic storytelling and data-driven insights
- Stay ahead of design trends through quarterly trend reports and experimentation with emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years professional graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating mastery of branding and digital campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects with strong typography fundamentals
