- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including AV, catering, and production partners
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging cutting-edge technology trends
- Conduct post-event analysis with ROI reporting and client satisfaction surveys
- Maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive event management experience with corporate clients
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $300K
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event platforms like Cvent or Bizzabo
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution abilities
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ complex events with 500+ attendees
- Advanced proficiency in event tech stack (CRM, registration, analytics)
