Our studio operates at the cutting edge of experiential marketing, producing immersive brand experiences across virtual reality, social platforms, and traditional media. You'll lead a cross-disciplinary team of designers, videographers, and copywriters while collaborating with CMOs to translate complex brand narratives into compelling visual narratives.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated content strategies across digital, print, and experiential channels
- Lead creative concept development for high-profile brand campaigns
- Manage $2M+ annual content production budgets
- Direct photography, videography, and motion graphics production teams
- Present creative work to executive stakeholders and clients
- Maintain relationships with industry influencers and media partners
- Drive innovation in emerging content technologies (AR/VR, AI)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ directing content teams
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning brand campaigns
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and content analytics tools
- Proven experience managing cross-functional creative teams
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and social media algorithms
- BA/MA in Communications, Fine Arts, or Marketing
- Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot preferred
