Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final deliverables for digital platforms and print materials
- Develop brand guidelines and visual systems that resonate with target audiences
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design with business objectives
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders with strategic rationale
- Stay current with design trends and tools to maintain competitive edge
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand storytelling principles
- Experience designing for both digital (UI/UX) and print mediums
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
