Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email, and social media campaigns
- Analyze performance data across platforms to optimize conversion funnels and ROI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, CTAs, and email sequences
- Manage digital advertising budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content assets
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven campaign success
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Expertise in SEO/SEM best practices and content strategy
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and marketing analytics platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
