Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end event management for 10-15 premium corporate events annually, from concept development to post-event analysis
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, vendor negotiations, and vendor relationships across NYC's top venues
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, production, and digital marketing specialists
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client brand objectives and KPIs
- Oversee risk mitigation, compliance, and crisis management protocols
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and optimize future event performance
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate events management with $500K+ budget oversight
- Proven track record producing 50+ high-profile events in NYC metro area
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation strongly preferred
- Expertise in Cvent, Bizzabo, or similar event management platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with vendors, venues, and stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful brand activation and experiential campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in budget forecasting and financial reporting
