Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for high-profile clients
- Develop innovative brand identities, marketing collateral, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of visual elements
- Create motion graphics and interactive media for web and social platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and expand agency design systems and style guides
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years professional experience in graphic design with agency background
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and digital campaign work
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects/Cinema 4D)
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
