Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery across digital and print platforms
- Develop and maintain cohesive brand identities including logos, color palettes, and typography systems
- Create high-impact marketing collateral including social media graphics, web banners, and packaging designs
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge
- Mentor junior designers and conduct regular portfolio reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with proven portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
