Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from ideation to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Create compelling visual assets including digital campaigns, print collateral, packaging, and social media content
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop data-driven design solutions that drive engagement
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across diverse media channels
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to creative team workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation principles a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
