Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for high-profile clients
- Create visual systems including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines
- Design digital assets (UI/UX, social media, web graphics) and print materials (brochures, packaging)
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies (AI tools, AR/VR)
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables align with brand strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years professional design experience with agency background
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and digital design work
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design best practices
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D rendering is a plus
