Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with copywriters, developers, and project managers to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present concepts and design rationale to stakeholders with confidence and strategic clarity.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous creative improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a high-end agency environment.
- An impeccable portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of typography, grid systems, and color theory.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
