Responsibilities
- Develop innovative visual concepts and design assets for digital, social, and print campaigns.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to junior designers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, developers, and project managers.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
- Present design rationale and strategic insights to key stakeholders and clients.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial wireframing to final production.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design software to keep our aesthetic ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography, layout, and branding skills.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX design is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
