Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution across digital platforms, print materials, and brand collateral
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with persuasive storytelling techniques
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital design work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex projects
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale clearly
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative problem-solving and visual storytelling
