- Mentor junior creatives through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Manage project timelines and creative budgets efficiently
Qualifications
- 8+ years in creative leadership with 3+ years as a Creative Director
- Portfolio demonstrating campaign success across digital, print, and experiential
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics
- Proven ability to lead teams through complex creative projects
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and audience psychology
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or related field
