Responsibilities

- Mentor junior design talent and provide constructive feedback on design iterations.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.
- Present concepts and design rationale to key stakeholders and clients.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our workflow.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in agency or high-growth startup environments.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong foundations in layout, color, and typography.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
