Responsibilities

- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging design trends
- Present design rationale to clients and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing brand campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing (After Effects)
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into design solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable design systems for multi-platform campaigns
- Excellent presentation skills and client-facing experience
